Terms of Use
These terms summarize public website and workspace use for NorthernClarity Systems products. Customer-specific commercial terms are handled in the applicable agreement. Last updated: July 3, 2026.
Workspace access
Finance AI Workspace access is provided to authorized users only. Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure and using the workspace within their company authorization.
Customer content
Customers are responsible for the data, files, prompts, and instructions they upload or enter. Customer content should not be submitted unless the user has the right to use it in the workspace.
AI outputs
AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Finance teams must review, validate, and approve outputs before relying on them for reporting, accounting, investor, board, tax, legal, or audit purposes.
Product changes
NorthernClarity Systems may change public pages, product features, pricing, availability, and implementation scope as the product evolves.
Commercial terms
Paid use, support, data processing, security requirements, service levels, and implementation responsibilities are governed by the applicable customer agreement or order form.
